beautiful song. seriously. the first time I watched the video in full, I teared up. (or maybe I'm just hypersensitive like that) but really, listen, watch it. the video is PERFECT for the song, and you can really feel the song through the video.
I looked for lyrics, transcribed it, then translated it.
who would've thought I'd tear up again while typing the translation. Haha! It's just so beautiful. It's about an everlasting love. And gosh...you can really feel it in the video. Watch it and you'll know what I mean. So many feelings...from childhood until when you're really old and senile...

If I, as a poor grad student, can afford a card and an international postage stamp, I'm sure others can too. (^_^)v

Extra things brought up in comments:
1) Mail services vary by country, but it takes about a week between the US and Japan, so I'd say send it by June 7th and it will have a good chance of getting there by Father's Day. But that is to Johnny's by Father's Day, I don't know how long it will take to then get to Tatsuya.
2) This is the address for Johnny's fan mail. Just keep in mind that Johnny's has a policy against passing along anonymous letters and packages in general. While I'm pretty sure they used accept presents in the past, they specifically state on J-net that they do not now.
